About the role

Within this busy and varied role your typical day will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient processing of sales orders
- Responding to and resolving customer queries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining the CRM database
- Administration
- Assisting the surrounding team
