This Product Co-ordinator role is a great opportunity to enhance and broaden your career to the next level. You will be working for a New Zealand owned and operated organisation, supplying businesses with everything they need for their workplace (stationery and office supplies). You will be part of a close knit, high achieving marketing / merchandise team.
This role of Product Co-ordinator is multifaceted, you will be kept busy undertaking a comprehensive range of administrative functions; duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist and support the marketing / merchandise team
- Inbox management; respond to enquiries and requests
- Stakeholder engagement; suppliers and dealers
- Compile the weekly bulletin
- Collate product information, descriptions, pricing, and images for the catalogue
- Assist with producing monthly flyers, marketing collateral, and promotions
- Maintain and update the pricing spreadsheets and website
- Administration
