You will be joining a team of fun, innovative, creative and successfully talented individuals.  As the Personal Assistant to the Executive you will be their right hand person; duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the Executive’s day operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Prepare meetings and the days agenda
  • Handle confidential matters
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, documents and reports
  • Reconcile expenses
  • Project work

Your efficiency, ability to pre-empt the needs, exceptional attention to detail, broad Personal Assistant skill set, sound technical skills, multi-tasking abilities and calmness under pressure will be well received and valued in this role.
