Personal Assistant

We are seeking a Personal Assistant, to support senior associates in this well-established legal firm, who is; assertive, organised, self-managing, tech savvy, solution orientated, time efficient, professional, and a team player.
This busy and varied role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Proof, format and edit legal documents
- Drafting court submissions
- Memorandums for Family Court
- Diary, email and calendar management
- Preparation of billing time and reports
- Handle confidential issues and information
- Minutes of meetings with clients and telephone conferences
- Administration
- Proof reading documents
- Chasing clients for information
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a Legal firm
- Adaptable and motivated
- Good at problem solving
- Ability to manage your work whilst meeting deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Must have excellent document management skills
