This part time Research and Support Assistant role has everything you would possibly want. Working 5 hours a day Monday to Friday (school hours, if that’s what you’re wanting), office is in central Wellington close to public transport, you will be working within a great close-knit team, after training period work 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH. This is not your standard support role; you will be working across the business, working closely with the team. This is a multifaceted role undertaking a varied and interesting range of functions. The array of duties and responsibilities associated to this role will include:
- Work alongside the team undertaking and managing day-to-day administrative functions
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and documents
- Administration
- Update and maintain the database
- Research
- Diary management, co-ordinate meetings between clients, candidates, and consultants
- Preparation of meetings
- Document management
- Preparation of proposals (templated), reports, client and candidate packs, interview guides and documents
- Advertising schedules
Possessing strong administration skills and experience is essential as with having the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, make good use of your initiative, nous, and common sense, be highly organised, self-managing, motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and professional. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
