This part time Personal Assistant role has it all and more! 12-month contract. 20-hour week, working 3 days a week from home and 1 day a week in the city office (car park available), supporting two exceptional executives undertaking a varied and busy Personal Assistant role focussing on co-ordinating and facilitating leadership coaching and development programmes and workshops.
This organisation is highly regarded and respected for delivering crafted leadership coaching and development programmes and workshops throughout NZ. They tailor bespoke programmes to best suit clients and their organisation’s goals. Pioneering leadership delivering trajectory for true growth, along with various development, mentoring, and coaching programmes.
As the part time Personal Assistant, you will assist and support the two Leadership Coaching and Development Executives undertaking their associated administrative functions allowing them to focus on their core roles. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Diary and travel management
- Co-ordination and facilitation of multiple one on one quarterly client meetings and client workshops
- Stakeholder engagement
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Format and edit documentation
- Prepare, order, collate, and send out workshop materials
- Invoice and reconcile payments
- Expense claims
- Administration
To be successful in this role you will have an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude and think quickly on your feet creating innovative solutions. You will have proven Personal Assistant experience with a strong co-ordination and facilitation skillset and can pre-empt the needs of others around you, makes good use of your initiative, nous and common sense, be highly organised, have a sharp eye for noting detail and accuracy, be self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking, and professional.
