Part time PA / Administrator

If you thrive having ownership, responsibility and accountability for your role and actions then this is the role for you!  You will be assisting and supporting the Owner / Operator of this boutique website design, online marketing and graphic design business by undertaking his associated administration functions whilst allowing him to focus and concentrate on sales. The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Manager with a range of administration functions, being his right-hand person
  • Email and diary management
  • Preparation of proposals (templated)
  • Customer and supplier liaison
  • Database management
  • First point of contact for clients identifying their needs
  • Invoice and credit control
  • Administration
  • Update websites
  • Preparation of meetings
  • Attend meetings in conjunction with the Manager

To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who makes good use of their initiative and common sense, has excellent communication skills, is driven and results orientated whilst having a hunger to learn. Other attributes required include:

  • Articulate, clear and concise communication
  • Strong spelling, grammar and comprehension
  • Solution orientated, thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions
  • Natural multitasker and exceptionally well organised
  • Takes responsibility, accountability and ownership for their role and actions
  • Self-motivated, self-managing, can work autonomously and independently
  • Sharp eye for noting detail and accuracy
  • IT savvy
  • Knowledge of Gsuite, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs etc advantageous
  • Can do, willing, flexible and adaptable attitude
