Wanted …a professional corporate Part time Receptionist to manage our client’s front reception desk between the hours 12.30pm to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Are you the one they need?

The associated duties and responsibilities to this very important Part time Receptionist role include:

  • Ensure the reception area operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
  • Answer phones and meet and greet visitors in a timely and professional manner
  • Co-ordinate and prepare meeting rooms
  • Order supplies and stationery
  • Assist and support the surrounding team with a range of administration functions
  • Administration

This is a great permanent Part time Receptionist role where you can apply your proven skills, experience and knowledge, earn good money and have a work life balance.
