Part time Accounts/Bookkeeper – 3 month contract

Wanted… for a 3 month contract starting in early January 2018 (poss. longer) an experienced Accounts/Bookkeeper who is very experienced and knowledgeable using Xero who is happy to work 3 to 4 days a week for a company based in Sales Street, Auckland City.

You will be exceptionally well organised, driven, highly motivated, diligent and has a sharp eye noting detail and accuracy. You will be undertaking a range of day to day accounting functions including:

  • Assist and support the Finance Manager
  • All day to day accounting functions
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Reconciliations
  • End of month procedures
  • Credit control
  • Assist with annual audit work and financial statement preparation

To be successful for this 3 month contract role you will hit the ground running, have a willing, can do attitude with the ability to adapt and work as a vital part of this highly successful, hardworking and fun team. You will be transparent and methodical in your approach having high attention to detail and accuracy whilst remaining calm under pressure. Along with having the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Accounts/Bookkeeper skills and experience using Xero
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
