You will be joining a well-established surgical centre located in the heart of Auckland City, who provide people-centered care and superior outcomes focussing on providing excellence in the health and wellbeing of the people in their care. They are a close-knit team who are passionate about what they do.
As part time Accounts Administrator, you will assist and support the Medical Practice Manager by undertaking the day to day accounting functions, including:
- Process invoices
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Back up front of house functions
- Allocate payments
- Assist with month end functions
- Administration
To be successful for this role you will hit the ground running, have a willing, can-do attitude. You will be transparent and methodical in your approach, having high attention to detail and accuracy whilst remaining calm under pressure. Along with having the relevant skills and experiences, proven accounts skills and experience, outstanding organisational and time management skills, and always maintains confidentiality.
