Office Manager

- Autonomous, busy role with full responsibility of all administration

- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility on hours
This sole charge Office Manager role will offer you the responsibility, variety and flexibility you are looking for, with a mix of accounts, administration, and project work.
As Office Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist and support the Directors undertaking administrative functions on their behalf
- Accounts Payable and Receivable (MYOB)
- Collating and inputting of timesheets
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Project work
- Entering stock
- Ordering of stationery and supplies
To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Accounts Payable, Receivable and Administration experience
- Experience using an accounting package similar to MYOB
- Be resilient and hardworking with a can do attitude
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have a high level of common-sense
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Be able to juggle multiple projects and tasks at any one time
- Be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously
