This NZ owned and operated business specialising in innovative, forward thinking technology based in Mt Eden is seeking an Office Manager who is a natural multi-tasker, super organised, methodical, thorough, energetic, accurate and service driven with a can do and willing attitude. Is this you?
This busy and varied Office Manager role will keep you on your toes juggling an array of duties and responsibilities including:
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
- Building facilities and management
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit control
- Monthly Payroll (40 staff)
- PAYE and GST returns
- Invoicing
- Balance sheet reconciliation’s
- Supplier negotiations
- Process improvement, streamline systems and procedures
- Administration
To be successful in this role you will need strong attention to detail and accuracy, be supper efficient and self-motivated with a can do, flexible, willing and adaptable attitude. Other skills, experience and traits needed for this role include:
- Team player yet can also work independently
- Confident using Money works or similar
- IMS payroll experience (advantage)
- Ability to juggle tasks and thinks outside the square
- Strong time management skills
- Takes pride and an interest in your work
