This role of Office Administrator is multifaceted, you will be kept busy undertaking a comprehensive range of front of house and administrative functions, duties and responsibilities will include:
- Front of house duties
- Assist and support the Director and surrounding team
- AML compliance
- Engagement letters
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Preparation of reports, invoices, and statements
- Database maintenance (Xero)
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, efficiently, and effectively
- Administration
As the Office Administrator you will work Monday to Friday in the Ellerslie office, work a 30-hour week starting at 8.30am or 9am. There is plenty of free street parking.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, be deadline focused, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, be a quick learner, thrive undertaking a busy and varied role, and most importantly you will have a willing, can do, and positive attitude.
