This key marketing role requires someone who is creative with an instinct for creating engaging and compelling content to stand out in a crowded market. You will have a strong eye for detail, adhere to the highest of standards and have a natural ability to develop effective internal and external relationships across all levels of stakeholder groups. You will have tertiary level qualifications in business and/or marketing, significant experience in digital marketing and communications campaigns delivery, exceptional written communication and copy writing skills. You will be performance driven, analytically minded and experienced in the development, management, optimisation of websites and social media channels, including use of Google analytics, SEO and PPC with experience using platforms such as Hubspot.

As the Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the NZ marketing initiatives whilst working in conjunction with the Australian marketing team. This is a multi-faceted marketing role with a mix of creating engaging and compelling social media content, developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and producing on-brand marketing collateral. Every day will be busy and varied, duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop marketing plans and activities to promote products and programmes in New Zealand
- Delivery of content and asset creation to support marketing campaigns
- To build the brand and product positioning in the market
- Support the development of value propositions to take new products to market and support B2B activities
- Manage the production of a series of blogs, articles, and press releases, ranging from thought leadership pieces to announcements
- Management and optimisation of new and existing social media channels in New Zealand
- Deliver engaging programme, product, and materials.
- Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of communications and marketing activities
- Market research on current trending topics, consumer, and competitor insights
