This role needs a switched on, motivated Personal Assistant to assist and support the Executive and Senior Management team. You must have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise your workload with a strong understanding of timelines and requirements. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Assist and support Executive and Senior Management with their daily administration functions whilst ensuring all projects are running on time
- Diary and email management
- Organise meetings and taking of minutes
- Monitor and track progress of documentation
- Support the HR Team
- Project work
- Office management duties and responsibilities
- Update and maintain client database
- Administration
- Preparation of documentation
For this role we need a motivated, switched on team player where no task is too much trouble. You will be results orientated, with a sharp eye for detail, methodical and resourceful, with the ability to be across a number of tasks at anyone time. Having the following skills and experience will be essential to your success in this role:
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Adaptable and flexible
- Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office suite
- Remains calm under pressure with the ability to handle large workload
- Takes accountability, responsibility and ownership for your role and actions
- Systems and process driven
