We are looking for a Management Accountant who is energetic, self-starting, team orientated, and can hit the ground running. You will be joining the finance team based in Havelock North. You will be someone who not only understands numbers, but you will also monitor, interpret, and report on them enabling the business to make good decisions.
This role of Management Accountant is multifaceted, encompassing financial planning, weekly and monthly reports, budgeting and forecasting, analysis of reported data, cost management, performance measurement, decision support, and strategic planning. You will be a key contributor to the organisation’s success by providing timely and relevant financial information for effective decision-making.
To be successful in this role you will be accounting qualified with 2-3 years’ experience. You will be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, have excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, be curious, and have strong report writing abilities.
