Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and greet clients
- Manage meeting rooms
- Email management
- Open and close legal files
- Mail collection and distribution
- Prepare correspondence
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Assist the Practice Manager with administration tasks
- Typing documents
- Update client files
- Administration
Must have a professional telephone manner, great communication skills, well-presented and at least 2 years previous experience as a Receptionist, along with:
- 2 years previous Customer Service or Reception experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office and experience of cloud file management
- Professional and well presented with a helpful, courteous manner
- Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems and applications
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a good attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and diligent
- Good at multitasking
