Looking to progress to a PA?
Working in an Onehunga based law firm you will receive full training from a Senior PA and be trained up to become a professional Legal Personal Assistant. You will have a few years administration experience gained working in a professional environment, along with the desire to learn and excel as a Personal Assistant.
The responsibilities and duties in this role include:
- Assisting with the preparation of a wide range of legal documents and correspondence
- Dictaphone and copy typing documents and letters
- Client database management
- General practice management assistance
- Preparation of reports
- Being the “go-to” person for any I.T. related issues β computer and mobile phones
- Assisting the team and providing backup support as and when required
The skills and experience required for this role include:
- A desire and willingness to develop your skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Previous administration experience in a professional environment
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised, with fantastic time management skills
- Be a team player with a positive and willing attitude
- Be able to ensure confidentiality is maintained
- Be well presented, with a confident outgoing nature
