Legal Personal Assistant

This highly reputable well-established team are in search for a professional and hardworking Legal Personal Assistant with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience. You will be assisting and supporting a Senior Partner and General Manager. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist and support the Senior Partner and General Manager, being their right hand person
- Pre-empt the needs of the Senior Partner and General Manager, being one step ahead
- Diary management
- Prepare for meetings internally and externally
- Administration
- Proof read and prepare legal documents
- Prepare client invoices
- Complete patent applications
- Administration
The ideal candidate for this role will have an exceptional personality, great sense of humour, excellent attention to detail with the ability to pre-empt the needs of others and always with a smile. You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes:
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Experience with Infinity Law
- Able to build rapport and maintain professional working relationships
- Confident, ‘can-do’ attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Makes good use of your initiative and common sense
- High standards of confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness
- Can work well under pressure
