In this role of Human Resources you will carry out the following tasks and duties:
- Provide HR advice and support to Managers, leaders and staff
- Coach, mentor, support and guide HR team member
- Full remit of Recruitment
- Performance management support, planning and advice
- Training and development
- Implement, manage and maintain the HR policy and procedures, ensuring legislative and company compliance
- Provide operational advice and support across the business ensuring risks are identified and managed
- Coordinate and facilitate initiatives to ensure consistency across the business
- Lead inductions, training, toolbox talk
- Oversee and follow up on all incident, accident and hazard reporting including injury management/claims and return to work
- Develop, build and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management from inception to delivery
- Health & Safety functions
You will be confident in your knowledge to add immediate value to this role and will possesses the following attributes and experience:
- Strong people and time management skills
- Experience in Employee Relations, Induction, and Recruitment
- HR management and leadership qualities; leads by example
- Initiative, determination, ambition and drive
- Experienced working in culturally diverse environment
