Your outgoing, positive personality is needed to be the front of house Administrator; the first point of contact for all clients. Reporting to the Office Manager your professionalism, excellent communication skills and warm personality will make you a good fit for this role.
The range of duties and responsibilities associated to this role of Frontline Administrator will include:
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and greet clients
- Email management
- Open and close legal files
- Mail collection and distribution
- Prepare correspondence
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Assist the Practice manager with various administration tasks
- Typing documents, collecting and distributing the mail and arranging couriers
- Update client files
- Administration
- Kitchen Duties
MUST have great communication skills, speak in a clear and concise manner; have high attention to detail, good time management and must have previous experience as a receptionist. We are seeking someone who possesses the following skills and attributes:
- 2 years previous customer service or Reception experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office and experience of cloud file management
- Polished and presentable with a helpful, courteous manner
- Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems and applications
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a good attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and methodical
- Great multitasking skills and abilities
- Takes ownership, accountability and responsibility for your role and actions
- Customer service focused and business savvy
