As Front Office Manager you will be part of the hotel leadership team. You will be 2IC to the Hotel Manager, assisting with and overseeing day-to-day operational functions. Your day will be spent welcoming guests on arrival, supporting Guest Services team, and driving a positive team culture to enhance the guest experience and deliver business goals.
As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Staff management, coaching, and training
- Assist and support Guest Services team to achieve optimum results
- Ensure the ultimate guest experience through a genuinely warm and personalised service
- Inspire the highest front of house standards
- Interact with guests delivering exceptional service and experience
- Front of house duties; check ins and check outs
- Problem solve and troubleshoot
- Reports and administration
- Work closely with and in conjunction with the Hotel Manager
The successful candidate will need to have proven front office leadership hospitality experience, a strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm, a flexible approach, be self-motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
