Customer Service Representative

This is the ultimate customer service role, there will be no working weekends or nights, you will provide a high level of service to customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails and face to face. The range of duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with customers via telephone, e-mail and face to face
- A mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Produce quotes and orders to secure sales
- Advise customers of stock availability and delivery times
- Provide customers with solutions for supply and delivery
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Send order and delivery confirmations to customers
To be successful in this position you have the following skills and experience:
- Passion and previous experience in providing excellent customer service
- Strong administration skills
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- A can-do attitude and willing attitude
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Be an exceptional multitasker
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
