Customer Service Representative

Working in a small customer service team in an office environment, you will not be required to work weekends or nights, instead you will work Monday to Friday in a down to earth, friendly and progressive environment, where you will be able to develop your customer service career.
The range of duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with customers via telephone, e-mail and Internet
- A mix of inbound and outbound calls, no cold calling
- Produce quotes and orders
- Advise customers of stock availability
- Update customers regarding supply and delivery
- Investigate queries and delivery issues
- Provide customers with solutions for supply and delivery
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Send order and delivery confirmations to customers
To be successful in this position you have the following skills and experience:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Previous customer service experience in an office or call centre
- Strong administration skills
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- A can-do attitude and willing attitude
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Be an exceptional multitasker
- Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Office suite
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
