Customer Service Representative

Working in a small customer service team in an office environment, you will not be required to work weekends or nights, instead you will work Monday to Friday in a down to earth, friendly and progressive environment, where you will be able to develop your customer service career.

The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with customers via telephone, e-mail and Internet
  • A mix of inbound and outbound calls, no cold calling
  • Produce quotes and orders
  • Advise customers of stock availability
  • Update customers regarding supply and delivery
  • Investigate queries and delivery issues
  • Provide customers with solutions for supply and delivery
  • Maintain and build customer relationships
  • Send order and delivery confirmations to customers

To be successful in this position you have the following skills and experience:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Previous customer service experience in an office or call centre
  • Strong administration skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • A can-do attitude and willing attitude
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Be an exceptional multitasker
  • Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
