Join a down to earth IT support and Communications Company where no two days will be the same. You will be involved in all aspects of customer service, sales support and administration.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Customer Service; being the first point of contact for key clients
- Manage service calls and emails
- Facilitate and distribute jobs for site contractors
- Update and maintain the database
- Respond to and resolve any customer issues
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Update the status of project
Skills and experience
To be suitable for this busy and varied role it is ideal that you have proven customer support/service experience and strong listening skills. This IT/Communications Company is looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous customer service experience or helpdesk experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident around technology
- Self-driven and positive with a can-do attitude
- Professional approach and ability to use your initiative
- Think quickly on your feet and be results orientated
- Go the extra mile for customers
