As Recruitment Administrator you will assist and support the talent acquisition team and the HR general manager with a range of administrative functions including:
- administration of recruitment needs across NZ and Australia
- load job vacancy ads
- screen applications
- schedule interviews
- liaise with hiring managers and candidates
- update the database
- maintain the recruitment ‘inbox’
- respond to candidate enquiries
