Great opportunity to join a bespoke, full service design agency that specialise in brand development, signage, website design and printing. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst assisting and supporting the surrounding team.
In this exciting Administration role you will support the production team with duties such as:
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails
- File management in InDesign
- Proof reading copy
- Updating websites in word press
- Co-ordinating website builds
- Managing client campaigns
- Support the surrounding team
- Projects work
- Monthly invoices
This great opportunity would suit a recent graduate with the following skills, traits and experiences, wanting to develop and expand their career in graphic or website design:
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, InDesign or Word Press
- Positive, can do, willing attitude
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Takes pride and an interest in their work
- Focused and likes working in a fast paced environment
- Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design or any other related field advantageous
