Administration Assistant

Based in the offices of a well-established furniture company in Onehunga, this is a busy role that is sure to keep you on your toes; and varied, so no two days will be the same.
The tasks and duties involved in this role are:
- Reception duties – First point of contact
- Assist with the smooth running of the office
- Organise various staff functions and events
- Support the sales team with admin duties
- Organise couriers and deliveries
- Book meetings, and set up meeting rooms
- Order and replenish stationary and supplies
- Facilities – ensure everything in the office is working
- Ad hoc administration duties
Skills and experience required for this role are:
- Previously worked in a busy administration role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident using Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment under minimal supervision
- Professionalism, a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Have a warm, welcoming nature
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
