Join this Ponsonby based company in their modern offices, in a 20 hour per week part time administration role, supporting the office manager with the day to day administration. The company offers a great work life balance in a collaborative and rewarding working environment.
In this varied role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager with day to day administration
- Data entry and filing of invoices
- Reception duties, meet and greet clients / visitors
- Make tea and coffee for clients / visitors
- Set up meeting rooms
- Unpack weekly shopping
- Order stationery
- Maintain kitchen and reception areas
To be suitable for this part-time role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Administration experience
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication
- A willingness to help out where necessary
- A good sense of humour
- Nous and common sense
- A valid New Zealand working visa (no student visas)
