You will be the dedicated resource to the CEO and the Board of a Māori Trust based in Helensville / Parakai. As a well-versed Executive Assistant, you will naturally have the aptitude to solve problems, have a strong sense of initiative and intuitiveness and be well skilled at anticipating needs, and keeping the CEO and Board briefed, prepared, and organised.
From complex calendar management, project work, handling confidential matters, event management, meeting preparation including Board meetings and minutes, to engaging with internal and external stakeholders, it’s down to you as the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of each day in a dynamic ever-changing environment.
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board you will be surrounded by a highly committed and passionate team who delivers a broad range of primarily Māori social and environment programmes and initiatives along with various commercial investments.
