Sales Support / Operations Administrator

This stylish home textiles company needs no introduction; they supply a comprehensive series of brands to both major and independent retailers, offering an innovative range of home textile products and co-ordinating accessories. They are a New Zealand owned and operated business based on the Northshore.  You will be joining a great close-knit team who work well together.  This role is the link between key retailers and the freight forwarding company (3PL).  You will be working with multiple excel spreadsheets by updating and maintaining inventory, stock levels, barcodes, orders and deliveries along with product information.

If you are well organised and like juggling multiple tasks at any one time, then this is the role for you.  You must thrive off having responsibility, accountability and ownership for your role and actions.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing of sales orders
  • Ensure SLA’s are adhered to and maintained
  • Manage supplier and customer enquiries
  • Inventory management
  • Monitor customer orders and forecasts
  • Processing credits
  • Ensure the department operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
  • Administration
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Ensure Key Accounts are managed accordingly
  • Point of contact for Customers, Suppliers and 3PL
  • Preparation of reports
  • Update and maintain new product spreadsheets and documentation
  • Co-ordination of logistics and deliveries

To be successful in this role of Sales Support / Operations Administrator we are seeking skills, experience, personality and character traits including:
