This is a great temp assignment to put your high-volume Accounts Receivable skills and experience to full utilisation. Manukau location, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, start Thursday 27th February going through to April 17th 2020. Commitment essential.
This is a typical Accounts Receivable role, however due to the scale of the business it will be high volume in the following tasks:
- Processing payment runs
- Payment allocations
- Bank reconciliations
- Investigating and following up outstanding invoices
- Credit control
- Maintaining accurate data in various finance systems
- Liaising with different departments and stakeholders and manage payments queries/issues
- Processing credits
- End of month procedures
To be successful in this high-volume Accounts Receivable temp assignment you will need to hit the ground running undertaking a busy and varied workload, work autonomously with very high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
