Teams from around the world are busy training, infrastructure is being put in place, construction to accommodate this massive international sporting event is all underway; it is all go to make this event bigger and better than ever before.
There is a saying “behind every great Man there is a Woman”. Whether it be a superwoman or a superman, we are seeking someone who has exceptional administration and co-ordination skills and experience to assist and support this team. Initially this role will start off working Mondays and Wednesdays 8.30am to 5.30pm, then in early December as the workload intensifies the hours will become full time, Monday to Friday.
This role will grow and develop over the coming months, initially you will be the ‘go to’ administration support person undertaking a range of functions, including; loading of contracts, tagging key people, update the status of contracts and projects, prepare meetings, taking of minutes, prepare weekly reports, data capturing, updating and maintaining spreadsheets and report writing.
In early December (2019) this role will become full time, Monday to Friday, from which the range of duties and responsibilities will become more varied and involved. This is definitely a ‘once in a life time opportunity’ to be involved behind the scenes of a massive international sporting event soon to be hosted in Auckland.
