Reporting to the Office Manager your professionalism, excellent communication skills and warm personality will make you a good fit for this role. To join this established team you will be a positive self-starter and able to undertake the following duties and responsibilities
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly manner
- Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Provide administration support to the Partners and surrounding team
- Assist the Office Manager with an array of day to day administrative duties
- Diary management and travel bookings
- Opening clients files
- Maintain the client database
- Arrange catering for meetings
- Administration

- Confident using the Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
