Accounts Trust Administrator (Temp)

About the role

A strong ‘Accounts Whizz’ is needed for this interesting and varied role to assist with the transition between an external ‘trust’ provider to an internally managed ‘trust’. You will need to have great attention to detail and accuracy and strong accounts skills, experience and knowledge.  The role will cover a range of duties including:

  • Data entry to Xero and CRM
  • Data collection
  • Payment receipting and transferring
  • Document generation
  • Assisting and supporting surrounding teams with administration tasks
  • Liaising with internal staff

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes and experience:

  • Strong Excel skillset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience with CRM, Excel and Xero
  • A proactive and willing attitude
  • Professional, adaptable and a team player
  • Good database knowledge and understanding of Trusts
