A busy and varied range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Manage, drive and grow a portfolio to maximising revenue
- Monthly reporting and effective property management services for portfolio
- Provide outstanding customer service to tenants, landlords and colleagues
- Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation, codes of practice and current building standards
- Grow and manage portfolio meeting specific KPI’s
- Contract management with external suppliers
- Implement and continually improve service delivery through regular review and maintenance of policies, processes and systems
- Ensure the team operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
This role needs the assistance of an exceptionally strong communicator with exemplary time management skills. You will be highly motivated, have high energy with the capability to multi-task. Other skills and experience required include:
- Proven property management and business acumen
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Great organisation and time management skills
- High energy multi-tasker
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- An energetic, enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft packages with the ability to pick up property management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
