In this newly created Administration Assistant role you will be assisting and supporting the team and customers with a varied and diverse range of functions. The array of duties and responsibilities associated to this role will include:

  • Assist and support the surrounding team with a range of administration functions
  • Customer services – respond, handle and action phone and email enquiries
  • Respond to and resolve any customer issues and complaints
  • Process orders, credits and invoices
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Liaise internally and externally
  • Administration
  • Problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Prepare meetings and take minutes
  • Prepare documentation, reports and quotes
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
  • Competent using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated
  • Driven, enthusiastic and not afraid to give something a go
  • Energetic and able to take initiative and use your common sense
