This role is reporting to the National Sales Manager who empowers the team to deliver quality service that exceeds expectations of their client base. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage textile Showroom, stock and supplies
- Arrange appointments for clients
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Develop proposals that delivers solutions
- Administration support to the Sales Team
- Fortnightly progress reports
- Setting up displays
To be successful in this position you will have amazing people skills, professional outlook and A CAN DO ATTITUDE! The following skills and attributes are a must:
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment
- Competence using Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Clear concise communication skills
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Taking ownership of the role and being proactive
