This friendly, outstanding team of legal specialists in Employment Law need a well-spoken, tenacious, attentive, diligent Part time Accounts Administrator. Your professionalism, excellent communication skills and warm personality will make you a good fit for this team and role. To join this well established team you will be a positive self-starter and able to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Reconciliations
- End of month processes and procedures
- Invoicing
- Assist and support the external Accountant who is in the office fortnightly
- Administration
To be successful in this role experience with Affinity would be an advantage or previous experience working in a Legal environment. The following attributes and experience is a must:
- Proven accounts payable and receivable skills and experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and willing attitude
- Makes good use of your initiative and common sense
- Team player
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
