Part time ‘WorkflowMax’ Administrator

About the role

This role is working in a specialised Engineering (Construction industry) firm with a wealth of knowledge within their field. They are seeking a switched-on proactive Office Manager/Administrator who thrives on maintaining and enhancing processes and procedures. You will be assisting and supporting the Engineers alleviating their administration tasks allowing them to focus on the core of their business, your daily duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Super user of WorkFlowMax, assist and support the team
    • Loading, tracking and updating of jobs in WorkflowMax
    • Invoicing
    • Type documents
    • Implementation of processes and procedures
    • Document management
    • Process payroll (ACE Payroll) x 7 staff
    • Administration

Skills & experience

To be the successful candidate for this role you will have a strong administration background with the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team, you will have the desire to seek and understand the needs of the business and help enhance and fine tune processes with the least amount of impact. Bringing with you the following skills and experiences:

  • Advanced knowledge of using Word, Excel, WorkflowMax and Xero
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience within the construction industry (advantageous)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, supportive, adaptable and flexible attitude essential
  • Makes good use of your initiative
