Frontline Administrator / Secretary

Reporting to and working very closely with the Office Manager; your professionalism, excellent communication skills and warm personality will make you a good fit for this role. To join this well established team you will be a positive self-starter and able to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet clients in a friendly manner
  • Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
  • Providing administrative support to the Partners
  • Assist the Office Manager in day to day administrative duties
  • Diary management and travel bookings
  • Scanning, photocopying and binding of legal documentation
  • Opening clients files and maintaining the client database
  • Arrange couriers, order office supplies
  • Distribution of daily mail and faxes
  • Arrange catering for meetings and general errands as required

To be considered for this busy and varied role we are seeking a person with the following skills and attributes:

  • Confident using the Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Able to work to deadlines and can handle pressure
  • A warm and welcoming smile with a cheerful disposition
