In essence you will undertake a wide range of duties and responsibilities incorporating the following:
- Customer Services – handle and action phone enquiries
- Process orders
- Update and maintain the database
- Liaise internally and externally
- Administration
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Preparing documentation, reports and quotes
- Assist and support the surrounding team
- Advising and assessing stock availability, along with general product information
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients / customers
To be successful in this role we are seeking someone with a proven Customer Service / Sales Support background, who possesses the following skill set, personality and character traits:
- Articulate communication, helpful and courteous manner
- Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems and applications
- Excellent typing and computing skills
- Thorough with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and methodical
- Great multi-tasking skills and abilities
- Takes ownership, accountability and responsibility for your role and actions

- Customer service focused and is business savvy
